01 — Design
Drawn in Layers
Every design is separated into individual layers before it ever touches wood, so the final depth is planned from the very first sketch.
02 — Cut
Cut and Sanded
Each layer is cut from birch, then hand-sanded smooth. Nothing ships with a rough edge.
03 — Stack
Stacked and Finished
Layers are glued and stacked by hand, then finished and packed with care before it heads your way.
